1. Entering a Petition and Request:

- Petitions and requests submitted by citizens or institutions are easily entered and saved through the system.

2. Meeting (Session) Planning:

 - Detailed planning can be made for the meetings and sessions to be organized by the Transportation Coordination Center.

3. Agenda Preparation:

- Separate agenda items are created for the general assembly and the technical commission, thus ensuring that each meeting is effective and focused.

4. Attaching Petitions and Requests to the Session:

- Petitions and requests entered are connected to appropriate meetings or sessions and ensured that they are handled in the correct units.

5. Automatic Printout of Decisions and Reports:

- Decisions taken at meetings and reports prepared are automatically converted to output through the system and transmitted to the relevant units.

6. Past Meetings and Archive Management:

 - Past meetings and decisions taken in these meetings are archived in the system, and past documents are stored with document upload support.
