If your request requires an additional cost, you may be required to pay the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Your request will be responded to as soon as possible, and in any case, within 30 (thirty) days.

According to Article 13, paragraph 1 of the KVKK, to use your rights mentioned above, you can submit your request in writing or through other methods specified by the Personal Data Protection Board. Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not specified a method yet, you are required to submit your request to us in writing in accordance with the KVKK.
