The Field Coordination Application developed for the Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality Department of Public Works is a comprehensive software package that enables the effective digital management of field operations.

The application integrates vehicle breakdown and maintenance processes, fuel consumption tracking, asphalt production monitoring, vehicle tracking system integration, and the digital tracking of tender and direct procurement files to ensure more efficient and controlled execution of fieldwork.

It allows access to vehicle fuel and distance information, offers fuel analysis features such as viewing average fuel consumption, and enables the calculation of fuel payment amounts.

  • Critical data for reporting and analysis, such as periodic maintenance alerts, details of maintenance and breakdown operations, time spent, and personnel involved, can be viewed.

  • Tenders and related payment progress can be monitored through the system. Data such as the current stage of the tender, discovery increases, penalty deductions, and time extensions are recorded.

  • Entry and exit data from the weighbridge, types of dispatched asphalt, and quantities of waste materials can be tracked, and automatic integration with the weighbridge system is provided.
