Developed for the Department of Public Works of Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality, the Field Coordination Application is a comprehensive software package that enables efficient digital management of field operations.

The application integrates processes such as vehicle malfunction and maintenance tracking, fuel consumption monitoring, asphalt production supervision, vehicle tracking system integration, and the digital tracking of tender and direct procurement files—ensuring more efficient and controlled field operations.

  • It offers access to vehicle fuel and distance data, enables fuel analysis such as viewing average fuel consumption, and calculates fuel entitlement amounts.

  • Critical data for reporting and analysis such as periodic maintenance alerts, details of maintenance and malfunction actions, time spent, and personnel involved can be displayed.

  • Organized tenders and related progress payments can be tracked within the system. Data such as the current stage of the tender, scope increases, penalty deductions, and time extensions are recorded.

  • Entry-exit data from the weighbridge, types of asphalt dispatched, and quantities of waste materials can be tracked, with automatic integration with the weighbridge system.
